how much one should wait for the "review request answer" plz seniors?

i applied in May 2010
i got refusal letter on Feb 2012
review request March 2012
no reply recived uptill now

i sent my review request 3 months back but could not receive any repaly plz plz plz tel me what should i do

is there any time frame to send review's reminder please

as my frend also requested but thy recive a letter stated that thy are not considering their requsts any more

recently one of forum member got reply of reconsideration letter from Manager,i am trying to find that post and time frame of reply ,i will post you soon,but unfortunately result was same Refusal,that member got refusal bcoz he was not awarded points of his relative in canada,Manager mentioned that they can not reconcider the case as he did not provided sufficent proofs of his relative in canada,Dear friend i do not want to discourage you ,its just information i have read on forum
