My education is as follows;
Secondary level = 10 years
Higher secondary = 2 years
Bacholer degree = 2 years
Computer diploma = 1 year
Master degree = 2 years
Certifcation CIA = 1 year

You have 16 years of education with Masters Degree = 22. ( my personal opinion only), you would get 25 if its 17 year of education with master degree. I am not sure value of other diplomas that you have.
