I have been calculating the amount of money I spent on preparing the EE application. Excluding the final EE submission fee, I still spent quite a lot on IELTS, one-time consultation fee, WES, etc.

Want to hear from you guys how much you have sent on preparing EE and do you think it is worth it?

about CAD$6000 now so far. I don’t expect to pay for anything more until my landing.

and yeah it’s probably worth it. it’ll be a drastic positive change in my life and my future childrens’ lives too.

If you didn’t think it was worth it, you wouldn’t spend it. Opportunity cost and all that.
Good point. I was not trying to bring trouble but curious to see how people think about cost & the outcome. Honestly for me, I think overall it is definitely worth it but it is still quite a large amount of money.

Does it include the application fee?
I like how you say it will be a positive change for life and children.

$6000? Wow that's a ton of money. How come did you spend that much? I did everything on my own and from the top of my head I'd estimate my costs at $2500 right now. CoPR in hand.

$2000 ~ $3000 would be a fair range, everything included (IELTS, WES, fee to obtain various documents, Application fee etc.)
