How much in advance can you begin applying for a study visa for a program starting in january 2023...
Can you apply 10 months in advance if you have a valid offer letter in Feb 2022?
The validity of the visa will only be from january 2023..that is not a concern

I want to apply for the visa a bit in advance and be done with it. After that i will be overseas for some work and don't have time in the later half of 2022
