UNHCR said resettlements is not an option because they have been facing challenges, last UNHCR resettlement took place here in Nigeria 2017, till date, they have a plans for resettlements because of some internal challenges the UNHCR is facing.

Also given that your oldest is 20, you would need to be eligible for PR before your child turns 22 to include the child in your PR application. So most likely your will need to immigrate on own merits.

You cannot get a LMIA without a job offer. You need to find a Canadian employer willing to go through the LMIA process because they cannot hire anyone in Canada, only you. Employer pays for the LMIA so if you are asked for money to do it then you are being scammed. Scams are very common for LMIAs. So that is your focus. No one here can help you with that. An LMIA is something your employer obtains. So you cannot get an LMIA without having a job offer in Canada. The job offer is the first step.
As previously mentioned there are no jobs or employers here on this forum.
You need to continue to apply for jobs through websites like job bank and LinkedIn and hope you get lucky.
