How many times we can use nomiee when applying for PR?

I got BC nominee in Feb. and applied for PR but it got rejected because of some doc issues.
Can I use same nominee letter to re-apply or should I get nominee again?

From my knowledge - I think you need to get the nomination again to add that in your EE account.
