No minimum points required. However, you must meet requirements for IELTs. As you will be compared with other applicants, you will score higher if you have higher IELTs score, higher degrees, Canadian Experience, younger and a job offer with LMIA.

You must qualify for one of the three programs (FSW,FSTP and CEC) by CIC
to qualify for EXPRESS ENTRY
otherwise you are not eligible

So as per my understanding All things are same just they add Job offer and Provisional nominee part just like in case of Australia.

If your profession in the list of the skill shortage list I think you can apply for FSW.
