We have one file processed in New Delhi and the other one in Buffalo. We received our medicals and it has reached Ottawa on 29th March and waiting for Passport request....

Medicals reached Ottawa on March 5th 2012 and still waiting for PPR.. 2-3 months is the avg wait time as per experts.

my file got in process on early Oct 2011, got medicals in first week of Feb 2012, medicals reached Ottawa on late Feb and still waiting for ppr.

so there are a few ppl in similar situations! it will b really good if all of us can keep this updated whenever any one hears anything from the buffalo office.. i feel tht they work in patches.. i know for sure they were active in oct-nov thn again they were active in feb.. hopefully we will hear somethin soon and arnd the same time im guessin.. i hope its april end

i got medical on 27 oct 2011 and done medical on 4th november 2011
landing fees cashed on 8th dec nd document reached on 12th dec , medical is ok according to capis which i got in feb first week
still their is no reply or no email from buffalo
i dont know how long it take more from buffalo

I'm also in the waiting list for receiving PPR I have done medicals in march and reached Ottawa on march 15th. FBI PCC sent on 30th march reached 4th april.

now waiting................................................?

Hi I am silent viewer of canadavisa since 2010 ......I see everyday post ....I am in same situation ....I got mr and rprf and in Dec my medial received by Ottawa but after that no change and nothing.....in my ecase ....still waiting for ppr from Buffalo..... :

Dear Friends,

Our file from Buffalo office started to move and we received the medicals on 20th March but it was posted on 27th Feb (postal delay US - India) and we did our medicals on 24th March 2012. The DMP sent the report on 27th March and it received Ottawa office on 29th March and I had been calling Ottawa office couple of times to make sure it has reached.

Yesterday I was informed that the report was sent to Buffalo office. Meanwhile I also paid my RPRF and also sent them the Original PCC. I had been sending emails and case specific inquiries and have been getting ready replies from them.

Yesterday I sent an inquiry just to know whats happening and today I got a reply asking me to sent the PCC and I replied that it has been already sent to Buffalo office. I also attached the tracking details, PCC copies.

A small advise if anyone waiting for passport after medicals it means that the VO is doing the security check so please update the visa office with the lates PCC's from the countries you have lived for more than 6 months.

I am able to do all these only with the help of this forum. I really appreciate the help extended to me in all my stages of PR application.
