How many Further Medicals

Yesterday i received an email from CHC Islamabad the first of its kind that a new further medical letter has been issued to you on 25th September and we are waiting for the results of the medical furtherance .............What is this , this is 4th Medical Furtherance................................In total i have given 5 medicals ................The best part of this whole situation is that every test is clear .................

I have no access to the reports of the First medical only.................
I have taken all the further tests by myself and submitted to DMP, Two times a chest specialist report is also attached with the further medical request which is also seen by me............All the chest Xray reports, sputum tests , TB spot Test , Mantox test reports are collected by me and submitted to DMP..............

When they asked you for further tests, did they specify you for doing a particular test again? or told you to go through the same whole procedure again?

In first Further medical they asked for the chest specialist report and asked me that if i had TB and assigned me to the chest specialist , the chest specialist asked for chest XRAY and sputum smear test.
Second further medical they again asked for chest specialist report and asked me that if i had TB. The chest specialist asked for TB spot , Mantox test and Chest Xray again.
Third further medical they don't asked for chest specialist report , Just asked me for current XRAY and 6 months old Xray OR Sputum test (I could not give sputum test) so chest Xrays are forwarded by DMP.
Now Forth Further Medical is coming............

Let's wait and see. Im sure it will be your last medical test, hopefully. I really appreciate your patience. Any one can easily give up in the middle after going through all of this. There is nothing much we can do.

This is indeed strange. I think the tests are clear, but since you have had a second and third medical, their doubts have increased..so they are doing a proper scrutiny. But its outrageous to request medicals so many times

Hello Momi,

Sorry to hear about what you are going through.

Please tell me: You were never able to produce sputum in any of these tests or you had produce sputum on one of the furtherances and it was negative?

My husband received a furtherance letter, sputum test was negative and was sent by the DMP with an update CXR. He never had TB but has some lung scars, probably due to some chest infection in the past.

After reading your post of so many furtherances I am really worried of what can come next.

Did you hear this happening with other people?
