How many extra points am i looking at after this update to Express Entry?

Please read very carefully.

My Situation: I'm holding two years diploma certificate and have two years of field experience. I've no further education from back home after High School. My only chance was this LMIA(Bright Hope). I was going to get extra 600 points but thanks to Justin , I'm not getting those points anymore. I'm only getting 50 points which will still put me in the pool but only if I get the LMIA.

So, in a nutshell: -

1: - I have 425 points before the LMIA including 125 points from IELTS.
2: - I'll get extra 15 points after this update(After they fix the current bug in the system).
3: - 50 Points of LMIA(if I get one) ???
4: - Which, in the end, will make it 490 and I'll be in the pool, but that only depends on the LMIA.

So, Do you guys have any other idea where I can improve my points?

I have two other ideas which can get me more points, 1:- Get a Trade Certificate from the Province after 4 years of work experience(7280 Hours) or 2:- Get more work experience.

Can I still go for PNP option after exceeding two years of time after Graduation?
Which will be the best solution for me to try in case I don't get this LMIA?

If you can get 490 that will guarantee you an ITA by 95%.
