I'm David from Kenya east Africa my wife is a Canadian and we have one daughter. I applied PR last year 2019 march and was given interview date 25/03/2020, but my day was postponed due to this covid-19 pandemic. I spent 1 year and 8 months without meet them, we communicate twice a day thru social media its only a way I get to see my new daughter.
so, how long its gonna take for PR to be processed or postponed interview to be rescheduled (for family-spousal sponsoring).?
any news please?

No one can say for certain. The pandemic initially brought the immigration process to a halt, but things are starting to normalize right now. If I had to guess I'd say you will hear from the IRCC within a month or so.

Interviews don’t happen every day so it could take muchnlonger than a month.
