So you would not get an invitation as you had 468, which was the cut-off. As per the draw, the tie breaking rule was June 4. Only those with 468 who submitted before June 4 were selected.

Does that means that if the next draw is lower than 468 I am going to receive an invitation?

If the next draw in January is 467 then yes. If it is 468 again, it will depend on the tie breaking rule date.

Since you are eligible for French draw, ITA can take up to 72 hours.
