How long would CIC take to send out COPR?

Which visa office have you sent out your passport to?
I submitted through VFS to Delhi CIC office and got COPR and landing VISA in a week.

Typically, you should get your COPR within three weeks after decision made. Of course, there can be any number of delays.

Hi, I have sent my passport for Visa on 10 Nov 14. but my eCAS yet not showing Decision made. Is this possible to receive visa before eCAS status update? or the waiting time for passport begins after status change in eCAS?

eCAS and the actual process are not always 1:1. You can definitely get your passport stamp request after ecas gets updated.
