I am Rithushaan from India. I have a total of 73 points (Computer Science Engineering Degree + 4.5 years IT experience + IELTS 8 ). I am planning to begin my process for PR by end of 2015 for 2016 FSW.
Today, I visited a consultancy and this guy said, the 2008 applicants are being processed only in 2014, so he told me to avoid Canada. Is that true?, else what is the fact?
