How long we need to reapply ? after 6 months or anytime ???

Hey guys please try to help me .

I had sponsers and applied visitors vissa for my sister 2 months before it was rejected due to not completed documents .I want to reapply again as much as early .some people saying we need to wait another 6 months, can you please let me know if she can reapply right way or she need to wait another 6 months .
