Hi experts,

Yesterday, I have submitted my FSW application under NOC 2281 through an ICCRC laywer. He checked my application and confirmed that I have received total 73 points. I have total 6 years of experience in requested NOC and provided all notorised documents.

Laywer said I have to wait for 5 months to hear back from CIO. I request experts here to reply what would be next steps and is there any way if I can trace the application's progress.

thanks,
Prash

Wait for at least 3-4 months now. You will see your your CC charged as the very first positive signal (if you used your CC as a payment option). Then you'll get your PER by e-mail shortly. Look for FSWP 2014 Spreadsheet for statistics. Five months sounds a bit pessimistic to me.

Thanks guys for your precious update.

Do you think application submitted by ICRCC member can help in getting things faster?

Please share the URL of Google spreadsheet. Is it authorised by Canadian office? And will they update applicants name also there?

No - it won't.

Whether you used a representative or not has no impact on processing times.

After application sent t will take 3-4 months for the next step of file number assigned and your fees by CC/DD being charged.
