How Long to update status after Medical/PP/RPRF

I have submitted medicals/RPRF/PP on March 8th. Still status is "in Progress". How long does it take to acknowledge medicals and passports or to have any change in status. My visa office is ND.

Average processing time is 45 days some get it early some late. So there is no definite time period. I have done my medicals way back, in December 22, 2009, still awaiting for my passport with Visa. Have faith, it will come in due course. I hope this helps you.

well its going to take some time. i send my pp on 10/2.till now there is no chnge in e cas. still in proccess.
there is only one word is WAIT.
