How long to stay in Nova Scotia after getting nomination

I would like to know if I get nominated by Nova Scotia

1/what is the minimum time line to stay in the province?
2/if I get job opportunities in other province within a month or so.will I b able to move?

personal opinion, there is no way for them to monitor your whereabouts.
how are they supposed to know you moved right away?

[My personal opinion: Althougg first point is controversial because charter of rights of Canada allows every citizen and permanent resident to move, live , and work anywhere in Canada, but your nomination under PNP requires you make the nominating province your permanent home because you have agreed this condition of the province when you applied under PNP stream. However, monitoring is very easy - your SIN, health card, and driving license can very easily tell your work/residence location.]
