How long to get PR once we paid the landed immigrant fees

In January we got a letter from LA to request a second medical since it was expired so we did the medical again on January 28 which was received February 23rd. We now received another letter from LA requesting to pay the fees for landed immigrant. We paid and mailed everything April 25th. Can someone tell me how long it could take to get a decision and get the PR. Thanks

They usually say it takes 60+ days for your payment to reach your VO.
