How long to get passport back after medical?

I applied for Canada PR through FSW, I already reside in Canada. I got a request to do medical and send passport on July 2. I did the medical on July 15 and the Immigration office received the passport on July 19th. Up to now, I haven't got my passport back and my status is 'In process'. How long does it take to get your passport back after medical ?(I went to an eMedical doctor )
