How long till we recieve confirmation that our application has been recieved?

Hi, We sent out our application to mississuaga and the delivery confirmation said it was recieved on Monday, It's Thursday now and we havnt heard via email or phone yet that it has been recieved, is there ussualy a few days or a week before you recieve confirmation Thanks!
