I was refused under 216(1)(b) academic and employment. I have reapplied on 21st of march
Medical and biometric are already completed in previous application. My classes are starting from 9th of may. How long might it take for decision?

Processing averages 14 weeks so you should get a decision sometime in July/August. Did you order GCMS notes for full reason for refusal? If refused again, then order them.
