How long processing time for child sponsorship OTTAWA TAKES

It was sponsored in May,2012 and sponsor's eligibility was approved in August,2012.
From August,2012 application is sitting in Ottawa for processing.
Is anyone have same timeline for child sponsorship on same months,please share your timeline here?
OR Anyone have idea how long Ottawa take exactly in processing if application is very streight.

Ottawa is currently sitting a 14 months for processing I believe.
