How long OINP takes to send acknowledgement message

I submitted my OINP application package on 1st Feb and has not received any acknowledgement message. Please let me know how long they take.

As per the process, AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) is the actual acknowledgement of completeness of your OINP Application Package. AOR is sent out as an email with the subject 'Letter of Acknowledgement' and you also get a file number along with receipt for payment of CAD 1500. These days OINP takes around 90 days to send out the AOR, except for certain cases (the reasons for which are not known). But sometimes, when you write to OINP to inquire about your application package (before AOR), you get a standard reply after 7 days which sometimes state when your application has been received by them, but also comes with a disclaimer that 'completeness check is pending'.

OINP takes anywhere from 45-70 days to send an AOR these days.
For reference, getting an AOR took longer for my application than actually getting my nomination after I got my AOR.
