Hi all,

My study permit and visa both expire Sep 1st, 2013. I have some issues back in my hometown, which makes me go back to deal with them between June and August. I plan to apply for PGWP during this time, but I'm not sure how long I can receive it. I'm wondering can I still use my study permit and visa to enter Canada in August, since they are both going to expire less than 1 month. If not, how long must I return back to Canada before my study permit and visa expire.

Thanks
(first time, I'm not sure whether this is the right section..)

Yes, you can visit India. But make sure to come back before the expiry of Study permit and TRV.
PGWP will take 50-60 days.

Good Luck.
