I file a sponsorship for my wife back in Oct 2012. After all, it went well, and they have approved my application and they sent me the confirmation. My wife was pregnant and I inform the CIC with my application and now I don’t have problem with the kids since they are Canadian Citizen based my Citizenship. After that I didn’t hear anything from cic until Dec 2014 and they said they refuse my wife case as a result of not complete medical examination. Thus, refuse the case. In the refusal CIC said they ask me twice for medical examination one in 2013 and the other one 2014 and as per CIC I fail to do so. However, I haven’t received anything from CIC and I kept checking any news via communication channel with ID which CIC provided me. I always change my address and organized every aspect. after all I had 30 days to appeal and I did so on Jan 2015.
I appeal my case in jan 2015. The appeal division send me their approval and I set with Appeal officer once. Since then waiting and waiting. No news. My question is how long should I be wait for Appeal case to reopen and get the visa. It is almost 4 year since I start my application in 2012. Please who ever know something share it with me.
