My status has changed from submitted to approved on Dec 7.

My timeline as follows:
Application online: 10 Nov 2017
Passport request: 23 Nov 2017
Passport received by Ottawa 24 Nov 2017.
Till now no update. Tracker dint even got activated.

I want to know how long it will take for the tracker to be activated?

Mine also the same timeline.. They said to give 10 days for passport to be delivered to you..
For some people tracker got activated on the same day and for others after 1 week generally.. Agent told me to send an email..

10 business day ? or including the weekend

I think not business days and including the weekend..I m not sure about it.. but he asked me to email them if tracker dont get activated in few days..

It depends on where u r staying.. 1 or 2 days after they dispatch..

After the status goes to approve. Keep 8 to 10 days for tracker to be activated.
