how long it wil take to get medical request from delhi visa office

hai all am applied under fsw pre june 2olo.and i submited ful documents to delhi visa office on november 2olo.moreover i got second aor from delhi visa office on january 2oll.last 6 months my online status shows that received by visa office.stil how long it wil take to get my medical request ?
