How long it to get PPR after the correspondence letter!!! It has been one week now since getting a correspondence letter.

Depends if you did an upfront medical or not. If yes -- then there's really no way to know whether BVL before PPR is positive or not.
If no -- then it depends on the timing the BVL is sent out. BVL before medical request = most likely refusal. BVL after medical request = most likely approved if your medical result is good because you have passed the "first" stage of processing.
true true.. also the timing of giving final result after bvl is different. Others received same day approval/refusal and others couple of days to weeks then approval/refusal.
Still waiting game. . . .
Yeah -- we don't really have a clue how IRCC processes BVL to PPR. It's an anxious waiting game

seen someone in another thread got his BVL on 29th april and then got the medical request on 3rd may.
yeah -- I'm aware of the person you're talking about. It definitely does not always 100% leads to refusal, but we have seen most cases go like that in the past.
