How long it takes to get letter from Visa Office for Singapore police clearance

Hello All,

CIC - M has approved our file and has send to our Visa Office in New Delhi.

We are waiting for an official letter from New Delhi Visa office so that we we can provide it to Singapore Police . Singapore Police does not provide police certificate with out Official letter from Immigration Office ? Does any one knows how long it takes to get letter from New Delhi visa office ?

Also does any knows whether we can pay additional fees to Singapore Police so that way they can send our Police certificate to New Delhi Visa office quicker and also we want to track them ?

Seniors and friends, Really appreciate if any one can help us with above questions.
