Opinion of people having experience of receiving MSP card or BC care card, what ever it is called..
When the waiting period period for MSP coverage finishes, does the card arrive the same day when the person is eligible to start receivng coverage.
Lets say person lands 27 dec, in that case person would be eligible for coverage on March 1st, right? When will the card arrive? lets say person has to go see doc on march 2ND and card still hasn't arrived, what would happen in that case?
