how long it takes CPC-Sydney to transfer files to local office

Do you know how long it usually takes CPC-Sydney to transfer files to local office for final processing? If a relocation within Canada occurs after file transfer I heard that would cause some minor delay. So if Sydney holds it for several mths or a year before transfering to local office that would make a difference.
