How long is upfront medical valid ?

As the question says. I got an upfront medical done in September 2020, and got a study permit in early December. I am thinking of applying express entry in a few months and want to know if I can use this medical for it ?

Also is it advisable to apply express entry now or should I wait till I enter Canada ?

Medicals for study permit are different from PR. You need new medicals.
