How long is the POF letter from bank valid ?

I got the letter from the bank today. and it stated yesterday's balance.

Now please tell me how long this letter is valid. Is it OK if I send my full docs in two or three weeks' time.
Or do I have to submit docs immediately. I am still to receive my translations and POC (already received wife's POC).

It will be considered fresh bank statement for next 3 months.
No problem if you are going to send your full documents soon.

ruka, my opinion is bank statement should be as recent as possible. I personally will not provide a statement which is older than a week.

Since there is no requirement laid down by CIC in instruction guide, different members will have different opinion

They may require P.O.F. again whenever they want to keep $$$ in bank until you receive visa.
