Hello;

I would appreciate it if you could give me some info in this regard;

I' ve become pr in OCT 2021, then leave CA in NOV 2021. My pr card will expire on OCT 2026.
I plan to back to CA this week, I have a couple of questions:

First, can I enter CA without any problem now?

If I enter CA now, should I stay without leaving the country until I meet the residency obligation ( 730 days)?

Yes, you should be able to re-enter Canada without any issues.

You have been outside of Canada for almost three years. This means that you don't necessarily have to remain in Canada without leaving until you meet the residency obligation. However you have to be extremely extremely careful in taking trips outside of Canada in the next two years to make sure you don't fall out of compliance with the residency requirement. You must make sure you have done your calculations very carefully to know exactly how many days you have. Note that the expiry date on your PR card is irrelevant. What matters is how many residency days you have and how long you have been outside of Canada within the last five years. Make sure you know the exact date you left Canada in Nov 2021. This is the date that matters.
