As it is..

After MR, and submit passport, we will receive the landing paper eventually, right?

We have to LAND with the landing paper to get the PR visa at the border office.

Anyway, is there any time limmitation we should Land within certain period???

I think ideally you should be landing before your medical expires. Meds expire in one year.

The CoPR (Landing paper) will have the expiry date on it. If it expires, it cannot be used.

Normally, the expiry is either the same as the passport expiry or the medical expiry, whichever comes first.
So. if your medical is quite old, you may only get a few days to complete the landing after the CoPR arrives.
At least one person on here recently received a CoPR which has already expired due to postal delays.
