Depends case-to-case, and the attributes of the office handling your file. However, most applicants complete the process well before 12 months. A few close to 12 months and a rare number of folks could go beyond 12 months.

Please help to understand the timelines for PR application get through as applied Paper Based application on Sep '2018, received AOR on 2nd Nov '2018. Current status says " In Process" with Medical Results received. I am an Inland applicant with NOC 1311 (BOOKKEEPER).

Application is in process, will let you know once have final decision on your application, medical results passed.

As for OP, patience is the key. Forget about your application until you hear from them. There is no point setting expectations. You can receive the call for the test in 2 monthsor in a year. No-one can say really.
