Check the CIC site for your country. Its gives an estimation. But in all it takes a while so dont focus to much on once you've sent in your file.

I think the application takes as long as......................... i don't know.
I must confess that it looks to me that each case is treated according to it's peculiarity no matter where your application was filed. Although, the processing time for each country as shown on the CIC page might be useful as a guide;but you just add plus ..............months.

Anyway, what i mean is that you hear from the CHC when you hear from them. However, it is good to note that processing times in some CHC are faster than others.

I stand to be corrected though.
