How long does it take to withdraw application for sponsorship??

As stated above, following other occuring posts on this thread. Everything on the account states that it is in progress on ircc

It depends on how far they are into the process. Assume a few weeks.

A spousal application, yes. Or until a decision is made.

There are instances where people have requested that applications be withdrawn after document requests, and CIC has refused. Another example is where there is suspected misrepresentation - CIC will refuse a withdrawal.

That's why you need to apply to withdraw.

Has she ready been granted PR and landed?

If she hasn't been granted PR yet you can still withdraw sponsorship even if she is in the country..

I wish to withdraw because spouse was manipulative, abusive, blackmailed me, and punched me in the face repeatedly while I was driving.

You need to contact the police.

If she hasn't already been granted PR you can request a withdrawal.

She does not have pr but on the application says pr "in progress"

Then file a police report to protect yourself and file the withdrawal request. Once her current status in Canada expires, she will need to leave.
