How long does it take to update PGWP to 3 years after my medical exam during the half-year work permit ext?

I had a 2-year program and I applied for PGWP, all my classmates got 3 year PGWP. But IRCC asked me to take a medical exam and they issued me half-year work permit EXT. Last week I finished the medical exam and IRCC showed my medical exam has passed. They also updated my application status to "approved", but they did not update the length of my PGWP to 3 years. What should I do? Reapply for PGWP or do nothing but wait or apply for PGWP extension? HELP!
