How long does it take to receive PR card after landing?

We landed Oct 2022, set up a UPS mail box, and notified IRCC online to change my address. Now more than 3 months later I still haven't received anything or heard back from IRCC. Makes me wonder if I send my address the right way?? I am seeing a 171 days processing time for Application for new PR card on the IRCC site, but I don't know if that's something that applies to my case:

It took about 50 days to approve and dispatch my PR cards (myself and my family)

Likely you are just waiting for processing but PR cards are not meant to be sent to rented PO Boxes so that could also be an issue.
