Hello,

How long does it take to receive AOR for the Citizenship application?
(It can be specific to person to person, but i am just trying to get some idea here).

It takes anywhere around 1 month to four months. On an average it usually takes 1 to 2 months.

Application is considered 'received' when they (CIC) receive our packet, or when we receive AOR?

When your application is 'received' it simply means that, CIC have received your application. I believe you maybe confusing the actual processing with your application being received. AOR comes after the application has been received and is NOW being processed. This is my understanding!

You are in the wrong section of the forum, this is for citizenship applications. You need to check out the PR forums.
