How long does it take to get PPR after all checks cleared?

Hi all,
I am a CEC inland applicant. I called CIC and agent told me that all checks(background, criminal etc) have been cleared and my case is assigned to visa officer for final approval. How long would it take to get PPR after all checks are cleared?

My AOR is Sept 6th, I passed my medicals Sept 30th. My CIO is at Sydney NS.
