How long does it take to get open work permit?

Hello, I have applied for Open work permit/Common law spouse sponsorship as a within Canada applicant.
My current visa which is for Working holiday expires today and I am just waiting for the email for my open work permit.

I applied in the end of August.
I heard it usually taked 4 months but does it depend? It could be sooner?

Usually it takes four months - but some do get it sooner.
