Applied outland but currently in Canada. I submitted the passport copy along with 2 photos to CPC Ottawa. CIC said if approved, the COPR would expire October 22 and advised that I get this done ASAP otherwise my whole application would expire on that day. So how many days would it normally take to get it?
Second question I have is, I was instructed to send a self-addressed, pre-paid Xpresspost envelope (32 x 24cm) from Canada Post. I misunderstood it and put a 26x16cm envelope in the 32x24 by mistake. That won't be an issue will it? Coming from a visa exempt country?
Third, would my COPR be mailed from CPC Ottawa? Or e-mailed from CIC Manila (where application was processed)?

"The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the
following steps within 5 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if
applicable, your permanent residence visa.
We will make our best efforts to have your passport(s) returned to you with your permanent residence visa(s) and/or Confirmation of Permanent Resident Form(s) as soon as possible from their receipt."
