How long does it take to get CAQ?

Hello there!
I applied for CAQ in jan 13th and they received my documents in jan 16th. I'm worried there wont be enough time to get VISA before summer term starts (visa processing time for brazil is 10 weeks ).

Is there anyone who got CAQ lately? Dez'16 or jan'17? How long does it take to get CAQ approval?
