How long does it take to get BOWP?

I'm going to apply the BOWP recently, but I saw the strike alert on the website of processing time.
Does it delay the BOWP processing time?

It seems to be unclear at the moment, I have been following threads on the forum related to this because I have a BOWP application in myself but most people still seem to be receiving them in around 30-40 days if they apply online. I applied on July 5th so guess I will find out whether this still holds soon.
