I've sent all the requested documents last August 2013 towards an immigration to Quebec as a skilled worker.
About 3 months later, I've received a letter that my files are under review and then NOTHING.
How long should it takes to receive an answer? Is there any phone number or anyone who could help me to know where does it stands?
