I received Biometrics correspondence letter on 8th july and my medical is also updated on 8th july. After Biometrics correspondence letter, no updates on my profile. People usually get passport request within a week. I am here waiting from past 14 days, still no passport request. Anyone with same case?

Is that common?? Because I haven't seen anyone biometric column like this.
I applied on 11th July nd biometrics on 16th july

it is new upgrade because on afternoon there where maintenance break in website so may be they have updated
