How long does it take to continue the application processing.

I have received one email from CIC that tells me to send them the updated police certificate and one form before March 19.. I did it before March 19, and they also sent me email saying that they have received the updated materials and transferred to corresponding department. however, I checked the online application status, it still stuck in the status that telling me to update the police certificate.... how long will it take to continue the regular application processing ...
